Paint Your Own Pottery
Over 300 pieces of "ready to paint" pottery just waiting for you.
People of all ages delight in seeing their creations come to life! You can choose something whimsical like a fairy garden or even functional pottery like plates, bowls and mugs. We also have picture frames, keepsake boxes, flower pots, vases, canisters, cookie jars, pet bowls, seasonal ceramics and more. New items arrive weekly. Come take a look for yourself.
HOW IT WORKS:
1. Choose your piece.
Our studio is full of bisque pottery pieces for you to choose from and create.
2. Plan your design.
​Browse our samples for ideas, tips, and tools. Stickers, stencils, stamps and sponges are available to create unique works of art. Even if you’ve never painted before, we can get you started and you will be amazed at what you can create.
3. Choose your colors and glazes.
We have 100's of colors to chose from with samples to show you exactly what the glaze will look like on your finished piece. (Specialty glazes that include glitter and crystal are available by request, but they do cost extra.)
4. Create your masterpiece.
Have a fun and relaxing time painting your one-of-a-kind art work. If you have questions or need help, there will always be at least one art team member in the studio during open hours.
5. Leave your piece to be fired.
After you finish your masterpiece, we will apply clear glaze (if needed) and then it will visit our kiln and be fired to a glossy glass finish.
AGE RANGE
Generally, skill comes with time and practice no matter the age.
• newborn+ for foot and hand prints
• 3-8 years with supervision
• 9-13 years with chaperone
• 14+ years open studio

TIME COMMITMENT
It all depends on your design and inspiration. But many pieces take about an hour to paint, while your more detailed ones can take 3-4+ hours.

FINISHED PIECE
Your piece will be ready for pick-up within 5 to 7 business days, unless we tell you otherwise at time of creation.
